This image, referred to as "PORTAIT",
features hand drawn portraits of the band members of Big
Brother. That's Janis Joplin in the upper left corner, and
James Gurley appears in the center orange circle, holding a
baby. The original/first print poster was printed prior to the shows, and measures approx. 14" x 20". The color of the poster images/portraits are black and shades of gray. The second print poster, an authorized reprint, measures approx. 14" x 20". The color of the poster images/portraits are shades of green. This is due to the fact that this poster was printed alongside (two up) the FD 45-2, and the same color ink was used for both posters. The original post card was printed prior to the shows, and measures approx. 5" x 7". Cards exist with both a "place stamp here" and "bulk rate" (some of these were mailed) back. |
