The original/first print poster was printed prior to the shows, and
measures approx.  13 7/8" x 21 7/8".  This is 1/2" longer than the
reprint.

The second print poster, an authorized reprint, measures approx.  13 7/8" x 21 3/8".  The background brown of this poster is noticeably lighter than that of the original.

The original post card was printed prior to the shows, and measures approx.  5" x 7".  Cards exist with both a "place stamp here" and "bulk rate" (some of these were mailed) back.
