The original/first print
poster was printed prior to the shows, and
measures approx. 14" x 24 3/4". There is substantial
inking on the reverse of this poster, which is absent on the
second print poster. This is important, as the size and
paper stock of the first and second print posters are nearly
identical.
The second print poster, an authorized reprint, measures approx.
14" x 24 3/4". There is no inking on the reverse of this
poster.
The third print poster, an authorized reprint, measures approx.
13 3/4" x 24 3/4". This poster was printed on a noticeably
thicker/sturdier paper stock than that of either of the first
two printings. This paper is very similar to the paper
stock used for Fillmore originals from March 1967 through 1968,
which is when this poster was printed. There is no inking
on the reverse of this poster.
The original handbill was printed prior to the shows, and
measures
approx. 4 3/4" x 8 1/4". The reverse of the handbill
is blank, save the same heavy inking characteristic present on
the original poster. There are three minor lettering
variations of this handbill.
The post card measures approx. 4 3/4" x 8 1/4", and has a
"place stamp here" reverse. There are two variations of
the post card as follows,
This card, Type A, was printed on the same paper stock as the
second print poster.
This card, Type B, was printed on the same paper stock as the
third print poster.
There are several minor variations of both Type A & B cards, and
Bill Graham authorized the printing of all Fillmore post cards. |
