The original/first print poster was
printed prior to the shows, and measures approx. 13 3/4" x 19 1/8" (1/8" longer than the second print poster). It was printed on vellum paper stock, which is thicker than the paper used for the second print poster. The red ink used for this poster can best be described as a "true" red. The second print poster, an authorized reprint, measures approx. 13 3/4" x 19". It was printed on relatively thin uncoated index stock. The red ink used for this poster has more orange in it than that of the first print, which makes the poster appear to be a lighter shade of red. The original handbill was printed prior to the shows, and measures approx. 5" x 6 3/4". The color and paper stock of the handbill matches that of the original poster. The reverse of this handbill is blank. The post card measures approx. 4 3/4" x 7 3/8" (not all cards are the same length, some variations do exist), and was printed in early 1967. The color and paper stock of the card matches that of the second print poster. There is a "place stamp here" on the reverse of this card. Bill Graham authorized the printing of all Fillmore post cards. |
