The original/first
print poster was printed on vellum paper stock, and measures approx.
14" X 20". A union printing logo (#221) appears in the lower left corner
of this poster. The second print poster, an authorized reprint, was printed on a thicker/smoother paper stock than that of the first print. It measures approx. 14 3/8" x 20 3/8" (longer and wider than either the first or third print poster), and the aforementioned union printing logo does not appear on this poster. It was most probably printed in 1967. The third print poster, an authorized reprint, measures approx. 13 3/4" X 19 3/4" (narrower and shorter than either of the earlier printings), and exists on at least two different paper stocks (that we have seen to this point). One is a smooth coated index, the other a more porous stock. This poster was printed no later than 1968. The original handbill was printed prior to the shows on very thin paper, and measures approx. 5 1/2" X 8 1/2". As is the case with the original poster, the union printing logo (#221) appears in the lower left corner of the handbill. The postcard measures approx. 5" X 8", and was printed in 1967. Bill Graham authorized the printing of all of the Fillmore cards. |
