One of the classic
images of the psychedelic era. The central image is an x-ray of a
human hand holding a sea shell (Chambered Nautilus). The appearance
of the Grateful Dead at these shows has only enhanced this poster's
popularity. It is also widely agreed that these were some of the
finest shows ever held at the Fillmore. Many say that Miles Davis was in
rare form, at the Dead subsequently fed off his performances. |
