This terrific image was designed by J.  Shelton, and is prominently displayed in "The Art Of Rock", plate 4.169.  The venue is the Armadillo World Headquarters in Austin, TX.  There are hundreds of outstanding posters that have come out of Texas (Armadillo & Vulcan Gas), and we think it may well be the next "hot spot" in poster collecting.

This original/first print poster (this poster was not reprinted) was used to promote a pair of shows featuring Ramon- Ramon and the 4 Daddyos & T. Thelonious Troll.  Show dates were Aug.  21 & 22, 1970.  This poster measures
approx.  11" x 17", and is in EXCELLENT condition, NM.
